The conference theme focused on Chinese government’s “Made in China 2025” plan, which aims to improve quality, productivity and digitization, and to expand the use of numerically controlled machines and robots in the manufacturing sector. The goal is for China to become a green and innovative “World Manufacturing Power” by 2025. With this background, the conference provided a platform to discuss related topics and to share the ideas about the workforce market and training technologies. Much training equipment related with intelligent manufacturing was showcased during the event, such as, design software, industrial robots, CNC machines’ maintenance, the Internet of Things, etc. Meanwhile, many services such as the onsite teacher training, course development, university major building, and COOP projects were also provided at this event. There, Famic Technologies presented an advanced simulation on how to conduct simulation-based training and design in Automation Studio TM . The presentation convinced the corporate and institute guests that Automation Studio TM is a powerful design, training, troubleshooting, and maintenance tool that is currently needed in the Chinese market.
