Compliant with ISO 1219-1 and 1219-2 standards, Automation Studio™ offers a Pneumatic Library containing all the component symbols required to create your circuit.
Throughout the libraries, you can find a wide range of pneumatics component symbols such as compressors, motors, directional valves, pressure valves, measuring and conditioning instruments, amplifiers, etc. Components have been grouped by function to facilitate navigation.
Components are preconfigured by default with technical properties allowing users to quickly simulate their circuits. Users are able to configure each component as needed. Users can select the fluid of their choice, such as air, oxygen, nitrogen, etc., for a precise simulation.
Automation Studio™ provides configuration tools that allow you to create your own symbols and simulation models. Several user-friendly interfaces are available to help you design valves, reservoirs, gearbox, etc., giving you complete freedom and autonomy.
At any time during simulation, you can adjust equipment parameters and manually control just about any device: set a pressure on a relief valve, operate a lever, a joystick or a valve, the choice is yours!
Automation Studio™ provides extensive diagnostic tools allowing for detection of inconsistencies or errors, such as free connectors, redundant or overlapping lines, non-compliance with ISO standards, etc.
Other technologies, such as Electrotechnical (AC/DC) and PLCs, can be linked to the pneumatic circuit in order to create a Digital Twin of the complete system, increasing machine knowledge and your ability to troubleshoot your system. Components used are dynamically documented via the Bill of Material & Report module.
Often used in industries such as packaging, Automation Studio™ allows companies to have a better understanding of the manufacture workflow which will help increase overall productivity and downtime.
