We are seeking a dynamic, competent and motivated individual to fill a position as Clerk in administration, accounting and sales support. The ideal candidate must be autonomous, resourceful, dynamic and demonstrate od judgement. They must be comfortable with the operation of computerized accounting systems, effective priority management and precision in data processing.

Responsibilities
Accounting Support – Payables
  • Communicate with suppliers and seek quotations.
  • Manage the purchasing logistics surrounding the company's participation in exhibitions, which requires communication with exhibition organizers and promotional material suppliers, netiation of prices and purchase terms.
  • Supplier order entry, order placement, follow-up and receipt.
  • Booking of flight and hotel tickets.
  • Other accounting tasks as required.
Sales Support
  • Understand the order process.
  • Master the price list.
  • Make quotations for the renewal of our software annual maintenance.
  • Communicate quotes to customers and follow up with them.
  • Update customer files.
Administrative Support
  • Answer the phone.
  • Welcome and take care of customers.
  • Perform data entries.
  • Filing of invoices and time sheets.
  • Assist in the process of sending customer orders and logistics.
Qualifications
  • DEC in accounting
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft® Office Suite
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • od oral and written communication quality
  • Knowledge of Accpac (Sage 300) (asset)

Fluency in English and/or other foreign languages is a requirement for this position, because the related responsibilities concern markets mainly outside Quebec, or because the person could be called upon to communicate with staff located in the other divisions of the company located abroad.
