File Sharing Portal

Rules and Conduct. In consideration of the availability, and your use, of the Services, you agree, while visiting Famic Technologies Inc.’ Websites, not to post, transmit, link to, or otherwise distribute any information constituting or encouraging conduct that could become a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability. You are responsible for the security of your File Sharing Portal ID and password. Please take care when using and storing them. We recommend that you do not divulge your password and ID to anyone. You should log out of your browser at the end of each computer session to ensure that others cannot access your information, especially if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a library or Internet cafe.

Responsibility for Minors. In cases where you have authorized a minor to use the Portal, you recognize that you are fully responsible for: (i) the online conduct of such minor; (ii) controlling the minor's access to and use of the Portal; and (iii) the consequences of any misuse by the minor.

Monitoring. You acknowledge that Famic Technologies Inc. has no obligation to monitor the Famic Technologies Inc. File Sharing Portal and you agree to upload only Famic Technologies Inc. files. Therefore you acknowledge that all documents, files and messages posted on this website solely express their authors’ views and opinions.

Disclaimer Regarding Third Party Content. You agree that it is your responsibility to review and evaluate any confidential content of a document, and that any and all risk associated with the use of, or reliance on, such content rests with you.

Disclaimer of Warranties. You understand and agree that the documents accessible on the File Sharing Portal are on an “As Available” basis and that Famic Technologies Inc. is not responsible for the contents of any document uploaded by other participants.

No License, Intellectual Property and Others

Famic Technologies Inc. owns the intellectual property of all its Websites. Certain content available through the Portal are protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other rights of Famic Technologies Inc. You agree not to adapt, translate, modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any applications, programs or software. Nothing on the website may be interpreted as conferring on you any right, title, interest or license in the software, files and information integrated into the website or that can be downloaded from the website, including, in particular, any intellectual property right whatsoever.
