(collectively, the “Famic Website”), the user (“User”, “you” or “your”) agrees to be bound by this Privacy Policy. Your use of a particular Famic Website, service, or online portal may also be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to that website, service, or online portal. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and such specific terms and conditions, the applicable specific terms and conditions shall govern with respect to the relevant matter.

Termination.
