We are looking for dynamic people who want to take on stimulating challenges to fill the position of Sales and Marketing Support . You will participate in the development of promotional and sales activities related to the Automation Studio™ software with customers in order to increase the volume of sales in this market. You understand the impact of clear and precise marketing, customer satisfaction and the need to continuously identify and analyze customer requests.

Responsibilities

Sales

  • Research, identify and qualify new business relationship opportunities;
  • Promote sales growth by offering customers the full range of maintenance products related to Famic Technologies software solutions;
  • Contact customers to organize online presentations or to schedule appointments for on-site meetings;
  • Contribute to customer retention by making sure to present the products adapted to their needs;
  • Increase services and profitability in existing accounts;
  • Ensure the renewal of customers' annual maintenance contracts;
  • Prepare quotes;
  • Produce weekly reports to superior in relation to the activities carried out;
  • Maintain the contact database;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction during the sales process and after the delivery of products and services;
  • Other related activities.

Marketing

  • Participate in the creation and development of promotional tools (brochures, advertisements, website, posters, etc.);
  • Collaborate in general on internal and external communications projects and perform the administrative tasks inherent to the function;
  • Promote products and services to specialized press.

Qualifications
  • Dual education in engineering and marketing or administration;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Perfectly bilingual in French and English languages, both orally and in writing;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Sharp sense of organization and attention to detail.
