Rules and Conduct. In consideration of the availability, and your use, of the Services, you agree, while visiting Famic Technologies' Web sites, not to post, transmit, link to, or otherwise distribute any information constituting or encouraging conduct that could become a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability. You agree not to post or distribute any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information post, transmit, link to, or otherwise distribute any information or software which contains a virus, worm or other harmful or disruptive component; defame, abuse, stalk, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, including without limitation, rights relating to privacy and publicity.

Certain content available through the Portal are protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other rights of Famic Technologies Inc. Applicable Laws. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
