WEBVUE

WEBVUE is:

• The immediate recovery of HMI FRONTVUE or PCVUE (display and scripts);
• An easy access to the process data, from whatever network station (alarms, history, trends);
• A perfect exchange security;
• An ideal solution for telemaintenance and telemonitoring.

Architecture

WEBVUE consists of an applet, obtained from a web server, which runs on Web clients and of a server which gets its HMI and data from a product FRONTVUE or WEBVUE.
FRONTVUE is an OPC client connected to WEBVUE servers or another OPC server.

Principles

The Web server (HTTPD) provides to the web client navigator:

• A start HTML page;
• All basic JAVA classes and the applet client WEBVUE.

The WEBVUE Applet, once downloaded will:

• Enable the selection of the WEBVUE HMI server;
• Connect to this server via a TCP/IP link;
• Authenticate the user in FRONTVUE;
• Download the desired HMI and the associated graphs;
• Implement the data flow for real-time animation of the HMI.
