Famic Technologies Inc. is currently looking for a dynamic Communications Coordinator willing to take on enriching challenges. As a Communications Coordinator for Famic Technologies, you will be responsible for producing and managing targeted marketing and communications campaigns, including press releases, articles, advertising, direct marketing and events to achieve customer acquisition, retention and revenue increase objectives.
You understand the importance of consistent marketing and communications strategies and product positioning and can handle several projects at a time within extremely tight deadlines. Extensive interaction with the sales and customer support departments are involved.

Responsibilities • Create and write the content of editorial and promotional material (press releases, articles, etc) as well as of all documents associated with the position; • Promote the company’s products and services to the trade press worldwide; • Identify and provoke occasions to publish information about the company’s products and services; • Design and manage all marketing collateral, print and publication advertising, brochures, website, posters, etc.); • Update information on the company’s Internet and Intranet sites; • Assume all aspects related to the website’s referencing; • Identify, qualify and prepare the participation in events such as trade fairs and conferences; • Validate and translate product documentation and other documents; • Collaborate in different internal and external communications projects and assume all administrative tasks related to the position. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent; • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position; • Industry experience marketing software in a B2B environment an asset. • Perfectly bilingual (French and English), advanced oral and written communication skills; • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills • Exceptional organization capabilities with meticulous attention to details; • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines; • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; • Autonomous, resourceful and initiative; • Proven creative capabilities; Minimum Requirements • Relevant experience in press relations would constitute an asset.
